Inspección Resorts
A bilingual executive film built without source footage.

The opportunity
Inspección Resorts needed to explain a property-oversight service to executive viewers without presenting the work as a leisure or destination commercial.
The client supplied no photography, video footage, or visual library, so the film needed a complete visual world before the service could be communicated.
The production challenge
Renovation, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational findings had to remain clear without exposing private property details or turning the film into a list of disconnected issues.
English and Spanish versions required localized voice, captions, timing, and organized delivery rather than a simple text translation.

The solution
We developed a discreet corporate visual language, structured the inspection journey, created the supporting scenes, and used motion graphics to keep each category easy to follow.
Both language versions were reviewed as complete films so voice timing, on-screen information, and pacing remained natural in each delivery.
